
Amy Kroll is an HR Manager with RPM Partners. With 15 years of experience in human resources leadership, she provides strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent deployment, and organizational effectiveness.
Amy is responsible for developing and managing RPM's consultant bench to ensure that the firm is able to rapidly deploy experienced professionals into manufacturing companies facing critical disruption. Her work includes overseeing recruitment, compliance, and policy implementation while navigating complex HR challenges that arise in high-pressure environments. Amy brings extensive experience leading full-cycle HR functions and managing recruitment for both full-time employees and 1099 consultants. She has supported the successful execution of turnaround initiatives across various sectors, including automotive, government, healthcare, and technology.
Before joining RPM, Amy served as HR Director for a global consulting firm.
