Jeff Sauer is a Managing Director with RPM Partners, bringing more than 30 years of experience in financial management, supplier risk, and global automotive operations. He works with OEMs and supplier groups to stabilize operations, manage distressed supplier relationships, and align financial decision-making with broader business continuity goals.
Jeff has supported automotive manufacturers across the U.S. and international markets through complex restructuring scenarios, leveraging tools such as cash flow modeling, financial statement analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with advisors, attorneys, and peer OEMs. His approach emphasizes equitable outcomes for all stakeholders while preserving critical elements of the supply chain.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has held key leadership roles in plant finance, internal controls, and global finance operations. He served as Finance Director for a major automotive financial services firm in Southeast Asia and led the finance function for regional operations in the Middle East from Dubai. His background also includes driving SOX implementation in Brazil and overseeing financial systems across both South and North America for multinational corporations.
Before joining RPM, Jeff held director-level and controller roles at a leading global automotive manufacturer, where he was known for bridging financial insight with operational strategy to support long-term enterprise stability.
