Piotr Luc is a Managing Director at RPM Partners. With approximately 20 years of experience in restructuring and financial advisory, he specializes in helping companies and stakeholders navigate complex financial challenges, particularly in the automotive and supply chain industries.
Piotr has worked with more than 60 OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across North America, Europe, and Asia, and he brings extensive experience in liquidity planning, operational turnarounds, creditor negotiations, and financial recovery — often in complex, cross-border environments. He has held critical roles as a disbursing agent, OEM representative, and estate monitor, overseeing more than $1 billion in recovery payments.
Piotr is highly skilled in uncovering the root causes of underperformance and creating rapid and sustainable financial strategies. He has successfully led the financial turnaround aspects of a Tier 1 supplier, revitalizing and shifting years of financial losses to record profitability. Piotr is also adept at devising solutions for structural inefficiencies, such as cost overruns, pricing gaps, and working capital drains.
Before joining RPM, Piotr held advisory roles at global professional services and Big 4 accounting firms, with a focus on financial restructuring and valuations.
