With extensive expertise in supplier risk management, Steven helps manufacturers identify, evaluate, and respond to supplier disruptions, thereby ensuring production continuity. He is adept at assisting clients in stabilizing critical suppliers, developing contingency strategies, and managing stakeholder communications during periods of financial distress.
Before joining RPM, Steven held senior leadership roles at a major consulting and financial services firm, where he guided large-scale automotive clients through restructuring processes and operational recovery efforts.
