Thomas Hack is an Advisory Director with RPM, bringing nearly 35 years of hands-on operational leadership in the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. He specializes in operational turnaround, lean manufacturing implementation, launch recovery, and quality systems optimization.
Thomas works closely with clients to resolve deep-rooted production challenges, drive cost savings, and implement scalable processes for long-term success. His experience spans capital project execution, logistics, workforce development, and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining RPM, Thomas served as Vice President of Operations for a global Tier 1 supplier, where he led major initiatives across plant operations and engineering functions.
