With more than three decades of experience, he specializes in driving rapid performance turnarounds through structured operational diagnostics and leadership alignment.
Tony’s expertise includes plant assessments, supplier viability reviews, tool and equipment relocation, jobs-per-hour increases and recovery, and the removal of new business holds. He collaborates with executive teams to stabilize underperforming programs, recover delayed launches, and implement lean management systems that enable sustainable improvements.
Before joining RPM, Tony served as Senior Vice President of Engineering for a specialty vehicle manufacturer, where he led a 200-person team across six sites. His work resulted in measurable gains, including reduced lead times, increased customer retention, and enhanced engineering effectiveness through the integration of advanced analysis and standardized practices.
